Programme
ASHTAR Theatre performs the play ‘2077, Who Wants to Survive.’, an award-winning monologue that has been presented internationally and toured.
The performance will be followed by a panel discussion about art, education and international solidarity with:
- Emile Saba (ASHTAR Theatre)
- Clara Van den Broek (head of programme, Antwerp Conservatoire)
- Charlotte Saelemakers (Coordinator of International Cooperation, Antwerp Conservatoire)
- Shadi Zmorrod (Cultural Movement for Palestine)
- Zusan (Cultural Movement for Palestine)
- Cees Vossen (MintArtsPlatform)
- Representative of KVS
The evening will conclude with a networking reception, hosted by the Flemish Community and supported by Bebuquin.
This initiative is part of a collaborative project between the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp and ASHTAR Theatre. The project aims to establish the first ever bachelor programme in Drama in Palestine, a historic and socially engaged initiative supported by Erasmus+.
