Wannes Vanderhoeven works as a harmony teacher at the Academy for Performing Arts in Lier and the Royal Carillon School in Mechelen. He has given concerts in Belgium and abroad and has realized interdisciplinary projects around the organ, in collaboration with singers, actors and dancers.
He specializes in the performance of 19th-century harmonium repertoire and regularly works as a piano accompanist for classical ballet schools and companies.
