The biggest screening room of Cinema Zuid was packed when Geert Goiris presented his PhD project 'World Without Us'. Over the period of 5 years, Geert made photographs and films seeking a contemporary expression of the representation of 'the last days', or end times, a world without humans.

Geert Goiris in the Italian press
A large number of works from the exhibition World Without Us by doctoral researcher Geert Goiris were used in his Terraforming Fantasies exhibition in Bologna. And that exhibition was very well received, with an incredible amount of reviews and articles as a result.
