Our lives are increasingly imbued with media and we consume all kinds of media content more than ever - from Tiktok movies to series on streamers like Netflix. Our lives seem to be intertwined with these audiovisual narratives. This media content is often hybrid, ambiguous and fluid both in imagery and format. Do they tell something about today's society or are they rather a harbinger of what is to come? How do we deal with changing images and transgressions of media formats?
