Amplo started as a Social Agency for Artists (SBK) and has grown into a leading HR partner offering a wide range of additional services in addition to payroll and personnel administration. We work with a tailored approach for all our customers and the sector as a whole, think along to support your project in a solution-oriented way and provide accompanying advice.
Today, more and more organizations and companies are opting for a mix of their own personnel for their core activities and temporary project employees (self-employed or freelance employees) with specific expertise and flexibility. Amplo provides tailor-made solutions for those sectors driven by project-based work.

What do we do?
Amplo is primarily a payroll service. Every freelancer, organization or project deserves its own approach. Amplo offers customization for your specific situation. Our services are not limited to performing and creative artists: we offer expertise in the remuneration of creative professions in the broadest sense of the word. Clients from the audiovisual, cultural and artistic sector can contact us, as can freelancers from various fields. Whether you manage a small non-profit organization, run the HR department of a large company, oversee the production of a short audiovisual project or run a sole proprietorship, everyone can work with Amplo. We adapt our services to your specific request. Even as a private person you can pay someone for a service and receive an invoice for that performance.
