The fourth class from the Master of Dance programme is waving goodbye. After two years of documenting, contextualising and researching, they are ready for their final presentation. The jury will consider the result while the audience simply enjoys the variety of performances.
Expect intriguing visions of physicality and dance, brought to you by six young dance talents: Ema Crnić, Francesco D'Amelio, Victor Dumont, Agnese Forlani, Julia Romain, Cristina Valdivielso Garcia
‘We are filled with uncharted desires, hoping to make them heard. Our bodies are firm and unstable, our worlds filled with the promise of speculative horizons. We are getting somewhere. We tried, we all tried to arrive at a finish line that is only fictional, to get closer to each other’s vulnerable truth rather than to a designated homogeneous destination. We are trying, we are all trying, to foster the seedling that has been done by many and to hopefully share the flowers with many more. We tried, we all tried, we are trying, we are all trying.’
