Central guest at the Peter Benoit Commemoration is soprano Liesbeth Devos. She won the Peter Benoit Prize earlier this year for her contribution to the recognition and appreciation of Flemish music and culture. Together with pianist Jozef De Beenhouwer, who won the prize in 2019, she will perform a recital of songs by Peter Benoit and other Flemish composers.
The Peter Benoit Commemoration is organised in collaboration with the non-profit organisation Bolster.
