Inge Henneman

Inge Henneman (1963) is curator of the FotoMuseum Antwerp and editor of Extra, the former FotoMuseum Magazine, for which she composed special topics about, among other things, the relationship between painting and photography, movement illusion, image of the war and theatricality.

She made exhibitions about narrativity in contemporary photography (Short Stories, 2004) and the photographic gaze (Tunnel Vision, 2006) and worked with numerous photographers for the gallery of the FotoMuseum. Inge Henneman compiled in 2002 the collection book of the FotoMuseum: The archive of the imagination.

Henneman is associated with AP Hogeschool as a researcher (research group Thinking Tools) and lecturer in photo history and current affairs.
